Refund Processing & Discretionary Review
Once your refund request is received and acknowledged by our team, your request will enter the processing queue. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment upon final authorization.
Please note that all refund disbursements are subject to final administrative review and approval at the sole and absolute discretion of NanoGum. While we endeavor to honor our 60-day guarantee for all good-faith transactions, the Company reserves the exclusive, unilateral right to refuse, limit, or revoke refund eligibility without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of suspected policy abuse, irregular purchasing patterns, or any other circumstance the Company determines, at its sole purview, falls outside the intended scope of this guarantee, to the maximum extent permissible under governing law.
